1. Services Provided
Atlas Exteriors offers professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to power washing of driveways, sidewalks, patios, roofs, siding, and gutters.

2. Service Appointments
Customers must provide accurate information when scheduling a service. Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Property Access
Customers must ensure that the service area is accessible on the scheduled date. This includes unlocking gates, moving vehicles, and securing pets. If access is not available, a service fee may apply.

4. Water and Power Supply
The customer agrees to provide access to a functioning water supply and, if needed, electrical outlets for equipment use.

5. Surface Condition Disclaimer
While we take every precaution to avoid damage, Atlas Exteriors is not responsible for pre-existing issues, loose paint, deteriorating materials, or other conditions that may be affected by pressure washing.

6. Weather Conditions
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

7. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept credit cards and other approved methods. Late payments may incur additional fees.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours of service, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

9. Liability
Atlas Exteriors is fully insured. However, we are not liable for damage caused by failure to disclose sensitive or damaged areas, or by conditions outside our control (e.g., unstable surfaces, faulty construction, etc.).

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
